Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM. We are closed for lunch between noon and 1 PM.
We do not answer the phone in person. Please email all questions. We confirm orders by email.
All merchandise is fully guaranteed and will be replaced or refunded if returned within 30 days in the original packaging. After 30 days there will be a 10% restocking charge. Please call, email, or write before returning for any reason.

FAX: Fax orders to (760) 789-2740. Print your name, address (including zip code) and your phone and fax number. Item numbers must be used and quantity of each item stated. Carefully write your credit card number and expiration date.
MAIL: Send mail orders to 925 Third St., Ramona, CA 92065. Please print your name, address (including zip code) and phone number. Item numbers must be used and quantity of each item stated. If using a credit card carefully write the number and expiration date. Personal checks can delay shipment of order. Money order or cashier's check preferred. Only credit card orders can be made using the shopping cart.
SHIPPING
We ship only to addresses in the UNITED STATES. No international orders accepted. We use UPS ground rates in the 48 contiguous states unless otherwise requested. Insurance coverage is included in the rates to cover orders up to $100.00. Insurance will be added to orders over $100.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be sent via the US Postal Service using Priority Mail rates and insurance coverage will be added.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are limited to cages and aviaries that are over 24" in length or width. These enclosures can be picked up at our facility only. Call (760) 789-1544 for more information and leave a message, or you can email your request.
