All merchandise is fully guaranteed and will be replaced or refunded if returned within 30 days in the original packaging. After 30 days there will be a 10% restocking charge. Please call, email, or write before returning for any reason.

MAIL: Send mail orders to 925 Third St., Ramona, CA 92065. Please print your name, address (including zip code) and phone number. Item numbers must be used and quantity of each item stated. If using a credit card carefully write the number and expiration date. Personal checks can delay shipment of order. Money order or cashier's check preferred. Only credit card orders can be made using the shopping cart.
SHIPPING
UPS changes their rates often due to the fuel prices, therefore, we do not quote rates. We use UPS and US Postal Service. The size restriction for USPS is 108" length and girth combined.
UPS will accept larger parcels, however, any carton over 84" length and girth combined will be charged the 30 lb. rate regardless of actual weight. Some products must be packaged separately or have other restrictions. Check the description of each item purchased for packaging restrictions.
Weights are given for each item. If items can be packaged together add the weights and find the total weight of the parcel. Go to www.ups.com to estimate the shipping cost. UPS rates include insurance up to $100.00.
We use the postal system when the rates are less than UPS, however, insurance will be added and the total may be more than UPS. We will send orders the least expensive way. Go to www.usps.com to check the postal rates.
